Before our development of this site, which is the main gateway to the city, it was a complete eyesore. The main part is a scrap yard. We were able to put in place an agreement whereby we brought together 3 sites under different ownership and redirected a cycle pathway. This opened up a large site for the development of a 105-bedroom Travelodge hotel with parking for 100 cars.
