Since its inception in 1997, Tribeka has held true to its core principles of being a design-focused developer specialising in the regeneration of brownfield sites.

We take pride in being ahead of the curve by identifying new concepts and areas to develop. We were one of the very first developers to invest in the Kelham Island area way back in 2001.

We are a small group of companies that specialise in property development and investment, as well as land improvement and promotion. We work with a close team of professionals to identify, acquire, and develop exciting projects.

In our view, form cannot simply follow function. It is not enough to build boxes to the tightest possible criteria and quality. Developers have to create sustainable communities that people want to live and work in. Excellent design is more important than the bottom line.
