As you can see from our past projects, we have extensive experience developing residential and commercial sites from inception to completion.
We have access to substantial finance through our network of investors. Being a small team, we can make decisions very quickly.
We can buy unconditionally, but find that we can offer substantially more for a site if it is purchased subject to planning permission. In this case, we would look to enter into an option-to-purchase agreement.
Obtaining planning permission has become ever more difficult, expensive and irrational. We bring together a team of architects, planning experts and other consultants to ensure a smooth navigation of the planning permission process.
We are also happy to enter into joint ventures for the promotion or development of sites.
