We were among the first few developers to take the risk in what was then a gritty post-industrial area of Kelham Island. We acquired the Union Forge site first, then the Brown Cow pub. The Brewery Wharf site was purchased in 2004. Historically, it had been the Hope and Anchor Brewery. We obtained planning to build 81 apartments and a standalone commercial building. This was completed in 2007.
