We have been active developers in and around Kelham Island for a quarter of a century. This was our first project to get on-site way back in 2001. The Brown Cow pub had been closed and boarded up for many years when we took the risk and bought it. We developed it into the Riverside Pub. It has passed through a few owners since, and has now become an iconic local venue.
